They have a high rate of return, in that they generate a response from potential clients and current clients alike. They increase recognition of your name and make you the first person to come to mind when real estate assistance is needed. Postcards don't require an envelope which means that, above other mailed advertisements, you have the benefit that your headline and home pictures will reach the eyes of your intended audience almost in spite of themselves. Postcards require no maintenance in this world of too much junk mail, spam, and cell phones
