Keep You In Touch With The People
In real estate, not that many people will respond immediately to an offer on a postcard, or any other form of literature. It is the slow building up of a reputation with people that you have never met, that will count in the long run. If, from your mailings, you come to have a familiar and friendly face, and if, in their mind they come to see your face and name as being associated with real estate - they will come to see you.
