Preprinted Real Estate Postcards Checklist
When you go for the preprinted real estate postcards option that many postcard printers offer, you've made a good choice. You'll be buying in bulk and most printers offer you the option of saving your information on file for quick reprint option, should you need more of the same preprinted real estate postcards. You will also save money by choosing from preprinted designs on the front of the postcards. Good choice.
There are, however, a few things to make sure are included before you click 'print' and send your completed template off to the printers. Go through the following checklist as you create your preprinted real estate postcards and then use it to check yourself when you're done to make sure that you've included all the important information.
o The address of your office
o Your office phone number and a cell phone number
o Your email office
o Your website with more information about you
o Brief biographical information including the number of years you've worked in the area and the (relative) number of houses you have negotiated the buying and selling of
o Offer an 800 number for those who live out of state
DO NOT INCLUDE:
o Time sensitive information like open houses if you intend to reuse this template as your standard fallback
o Contact information that may be soon changing
No matter how many preprinted real estate postcards you order, if they don't have all your salient information in front of them, especially contact information, the money you save by choosing a stock design and buying in bulk won't matter.
