Forget Me Not: Create Real Estate Mailing Postcards

Buying a home is a long process that can take years for a customer to complete. It is well worth your time as a real estate agent to keep yourself and your homes in the forefront of their minds. Forget me not real estate mailing postcards an excellent and inexpensive way to do this en masse on a regular basis.

Though free, email has its problems. First of all, there are spam filters that may stop you from even making it into the inbox. Next, if you include pictures, they may not upload into your prospective client's particular email manager. Pictures are an imperative aspect of real estate. You can't sell a house that you can't show. Even if the pictures do download, you can't be sure that the client will even open the email.

Your best bet to guarantee that they at least look at what you have to offer is by mailing a postcard. With a full color real estate postcard, you can highlight the property that you most need to move on the front of the card with your contact information, other properties available, or open house information for the pictured home on the back.

Postcards are the most inexpensive mailings as well. Choose a bulk rate and you can make it even cheaper. Printing the postcards is no more expensive than printing out letters that detail what you have to offer (and may be thrown away before opened) and you're more likely to get a hit off these forget me not real estate mailings with the allure of the photograph on the front.
