Real-estate postcards
The content designing of real estate post cards is challenging in the sense that it has to look fabulous from certain angles and with a certain amount of light. Taking pictures of them at different hours of the day and during night time will prove its strong points. That will be the basic background which should give some insight about designing the postcards. Maybe you are evading some real facts about the estate that is not as pleasant as it has made to look! But that is the area you can work around in giving ideas to the client to be investing upon to make it a total fabulous product for the market. Hiding a property at a certain angle: why? Flaunt it for the moon looks so bewitchingly beautiful for its darks spots only, or for that matter the dark spot on the face of a beautiful lady!
There may be dreams ingrained into every card which says something about growing wild orchids at the weathered sides of the real estate property. Does it look over a river? Or is it a deep valley down the mountain? Is it miles of nothingness that landscapes into dried and null horizon? Is it a crowdy place that should have been avoided? These are real situations one cannot escape or do anything about single-handed. But this is where the role of a dream comes in. If the buyer is investing so much into a property, he/she is moving into it with a dream, and the card must include a dream of its own pasted into that dream.
Integrated township? Why not : rather than living alone in a countryside that does not easily yield?
