Real estate postcards are cards about residential, land or any other commercial real estate pictures of postcard size that conveys a dream about your dream house, farm house, shopping complex or office area. It does not matter where your land is situated, be it in the middle of the city or on a serene country side, it can be made according to your dream.

Some people like Engineering design, some are very artistic. Some like greenery and solitude, while others would like the crowds, and the bustling of city life. Recently my boss was looking for a farm house area which has to be situated along the main road. I suggested him a remote area . He declined. The remoteness suggests cheap rate for you, but it can suit your dreams exactly which pays more than you invest.

So designing cards should have a dream woven into its design. Working with the trees which may be the raw material for your factory may be the symbolic sign which can be subtly suggested. Not that trees are to be felled for the factory which popularly is believed to be done, but trees can be an essential co-existential source for the factory. Likewise, in the midst of the city, the illusion of nature can be created.

Colors should be soothing. The designs are to be innovative. There are thousands of symbols. IF nothing else, use the Sumerian cuneiforms to design a card. It is wonderful how the needles can be used as alphabets. Can be trees, and anything else.
