Real estate investor postcards
A real estate investor is looking for an estate that looks similar to one he has dreamed of. The best suit will be in the post cards definitely, because the real life availability of such fortunes may be beyond his pocket. But if you are a genius designer, you know what is the dream of such a customer. It will be good to remember that your customer are of 4 types who are looking for office space, a farm house, a house or a shopping complex. You know that these spaces may be available at a variety of places. So permutations and combinations of all these parameters are ideas you are going to play with, of course , with the innumerable words that can be woven with each design. Be specific, simple and appropriate for a customer. If you take the feedback of your sells person, it will be easy to design a card for him. What does a real estate investor look for? Document all those phrases, those expressions, and those expectations and the possible dreams around them and design them. You can easily come up close to each customers mind easily.
What if you can give a customer a dream of your own to work upon them? Just like give an idea of kitchen garden to them. Do you know what it is like in India? May be it is somewhere else. Because India is mainly agricultural, the Indians hold land in high esteem. It is like their mother. But majority of them are landless, without any real estate, so to say. What do they do? They use part of their homestead lands to garden some vegetables for kitchen consumption. Just a 4 x 4 sq ft place would do. In the middle there will be a compost pit where the waste used water of the house deposits and around it, there are about 3 to 4 plants of 4/5 types of seasonal vegetables along with green leaves.
Another idea is to use space over the place where a basket of soil is put in which something like potato can be grown.
The crop output may be very small, but your real estate may have a regular supply of homegrown vegetables, even in a shopping complex. Imagine that you offer your customers to take home one or two vegetables plucked with on hand from around the shopping complex if they come there!
