In today's environment where houses are being foreclosed on in record numbers there is a bright side for savy investors. While it is unfortunate for the people that have lost their homes to foreclosure, it is a once in a lifetime opportunity for the investor.

Banks are getting stuck with thousands of homes that they must unload. Banks are not in the business of owning homes so they sell them at below market value. We have come across a unique company that will find properties for you, provide financing if you need it, fix the house up with any repairs necessary, find a tenant and collect the rents for you.

Over the last couple of months I have personally purchase 4 such homes and cannot believe how simple it is. I live 1300 miles away from these homes and now sit back and collect rent checks.

Invest in Memphis Tennessee Foreclosures.

When times are the toughest that is when those that invest wisely can make fortunes.

Real estate postcards are one of the most important marketing tools for any realtor; however, they can quickly lose their effectiveness in highly competitive markets if care is not taken. (...)

Real estate postcards are one of the most important marketing tools for any realtor; however, they can quickly lose their effectiveness in highly competitive markets if care is not taken. In heavily or densely populated areas, it is easy for the consumer to overlook real estate postcards. New Jersey is one of these places. New Jersey has more people per square mile than any other state in the United States. While there are lots of opportunities for realtors, the dense population makes it difficult to stake out any original territory. As for real estate postcards, NJ residents might be more likely than others to simply throw them away simply because the market is so thoroughly saturated.

Because real estate postcards are so common, NJ residents may be more likely to throw out these marketing tools. However, if you can get their attention and your real estate postcards can be among the lucky few that the residents of this state keep, you might be able to boost your business. The same principles that apply every where else apply here as well. In order to keep real estate postcards, NJ residents will want something unique, interesting and professional. You have to add some sort of element that makes it worth keeping. This element can be a helpful hint of some kind, a recipe, a game, or a coupon, but there must be more to it than the realtors pretty face. Furthermore, your real estate postcard is in direct competition with the postcards of other real estate agents, so whatever sort of item you decide to add to your postcard must not only be carefully targeted, it also must be noticeably better than your competition.

1 Too many cooks ruin the real estate post card. This is not an issue to collaborate on with your assistant, as far as design and ad copy. (...)

1 Too many cooks ruin the real estate post card. This is not an issue to collaborate on with your assistant, as far as design and ad copy. One designer should synthesize the whole project so that it works as one vision and not like a collage.

2 Selling the product instead of selling the experience. The person who reads your real estate post cards may be very happy for you that you have a new listing. Great. What does it mean to her and how can it make her life better or easier?

3 Forgetting the pivotal word FREE. You have to give something to get something and in this case, it needs to be more than just a free consultation. What do you have to offer that will make home buying or selling a more streamlined experience for the reader?

4 Stopping at just one or two or three real estate post card mailings. In order for your mailings to have an effect, you need to keep them coming. At least once a month with, perhaps, an extra mailing every few months for holiday specials or last minute open houses, you need to develop a pattern that is dependable but not annoying.

5 Mailing your real estate post cards willy nilly. Willy nilly is not the way to go with direct mail marketing. You have to choose your list carefully. Though an apartment complex full of renters may be considering a home purchase in the future, this may not be the most productive place to start. Track the neighborhoods you mail to and the response you get from each so that you know where you gain the most effect.

Postcards remain one of the most inexpensive ways to reach potential clients for the real estate business. (...)

Postcards remain one of the most inexpensive ways to reach potential clients for the real estate business. They are very inexpensive to produce, and can be easily read by your potential customers - if the print is large enough. This is certainly one form of advertising that still works. Realestate postcards, however, are being used in new ways - here are a few of them.

Create Monthly Promotions

One of the easiest ways to do this, of course, is to set up one promotion each month. This would permit you to have some holiday special news around, Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year's, as well. With each month's mailing of your realestate postcards, you will want to have some kind of promotion that will cause people to want to contact you - either through the phone, or email. Offer something like a brochure offering tips on something of special interest to homebuyers. Be careful, however, to not offer what everyone else is giving away at the same time.

Include A Brief Testimonial

Again, you will want each mailing to be different. At the top of the realestate postcards, you can put a brief testimonial of what you did for some client. Testimonies are one of the most powerful tools you can use to get clients for your business. After it, you can put your ad, stating how you can be of service to your reader. Be creative here - not just the usual offer to help them find or sell a home.

Use Professional Pre-made Cards

A number of companies online deal entirely with realestate postcards. They come with beautiful pictures on one side, and leave space for you to put your message on the other. They are professionally made and will give you and your company a professional image.

In this day of technology, the relatively low cost of time and money in online email campaigns has got the real estate world in a twirl. (...)

In this day of technology, the relatively low cost of time and money in online email campaigns has got the real estate world in a twirl. For some aspects of the business, this makes sense, especially when time sensitive information or last minute changes are necessary to communicate quickly. However, when it comes to overall effectiveness, real estate agent post card marketing can't be beat for its attention grabbing and attention keeping nature.

Real estate agent post card marketing has positive points that online and email campaigns can't claim. Some of them include:

o It's in your hand. Emails are just as easy to view, but a postcard is a physical object in the client's hand, that will be found again on the counter and placed upon the refrigerator or next to the phone for reference. An email stays in the inbox.

o It can't be ignored. Emails can be erased without even being opened and many don't make it past the spam filter. Real estate agent marketing post cards stand out, especially if they are interesting shapes and sizes with bright colors, bold print, and outlined text boxes to emphasize important information.

o It illustrates available options. Though you can include pictures of available properties or just sold properties in an email, many email clients don't allow pictures to upload. In real estate agent post card marketing campaigns, the pictures you choose are not only visible but impressively bold, speaking for themselves in full color.

It doesn't matter what reason ultimately convinces you to utilize a direct mail real estate agent post card marketing campaign, as long as you do implement it as a strategy, you'll find that your sales increase tremendously.

Many ideas are available to the real estate agent looking to get the word about his or her business. (...)

Many ideas are available to the real estate agent looking to get the word about his or her business. Some of the more popular ones are presented here to give you some more real estate advertising ideas.

Newspapers

While some are looking for more exotic methods of advertising, this one is still very effective. Many people read the paper almost every day, and some will see your ads in it. This form of advertising is probably the most cost effective when it comes to dollars per number of readers.

Website

Next to the newspaper, this real estate advertising ideas will give you a wider reach. Every business these days should have its own website that is both up-to-date and user-friendly. Make sure that it is done professionally, and looks that way, too. This website should be your main advertising source, and everything you print and distribute should have your web address on it. When people come to your site, make it so that they will keep coming back, by providing new and fresh content articles that give them the information they are looking for about real estate transactions. Also, be sure to keep up your lists on just listed and just sold homes so that people can see that you are very active in real estate.

Real Estate Postcards

These are still one of the most effective ways to reach out and touch a community. Many styles are available for your various advertising needs. It is recommended that you send out a mailing of some kind about every two weeks.

Printed Newsletters

These can still be very effective. One agent prints one of these 8-page newsletters and lists about 50 homes in each issue. They then distribute them to various street boxes around their town's business area. What is so special about this, though, is that each listing also has a special phone number that the customer can call and listen to a pre-recorded message about that property. And, of course, the newsletter advertises your company's name, phone number, and website address.

The ultimate goal of real estate direct mail postcards is to generate interest in your service and have buyers and sellers alike call you when they're ready to make a move in real estate. (...)

The ultimate goal of real estate direct mail postcards is to generate interest in your service and have buyers and sellers alike call you when they're ready to make a move in real estate. When you send out powerful postcards on a regular basis that capture the attention of your intended audience.

Here's how to make your real estate direct mail postcards as strong as they can be.

1 Write the ad copy as if it were intended for you. If you were buying a home or considering selling one, what would you want to hear? You'd want to hear how the market was doing, what that might mean to you in fact, including your information may be the only thing about you on the whole card. The important thing is to grab the reader's attention and get them excited about what you can do for them.

2 Use odd shapes for your real estate direct mail postcards, bright colors, bold headlines, and daring offers. Give away something valuable (not expensive) that potential home buyers and home sellers need: how to guides, coupons for hardware items, moving information and specials.

The more your real estate direct mail postcards stand out from the rest of the mail pile, the more likely your reader will be to take a moment and really look at it. offer to give them something they want and they're likely to keep the postcard on the refrigerator or bulletin board by the phone.

And don't forget to include all your contact information: land line, cell phone, street address, mailing address, 1-800 number, email address, website. What good is all this great information if they can't get a hold of you?

Many realtors are pulled into the world of internet printing for the artwork and templates of their real estate postcards. (...)

Many realtors are pulled into the world of internet printing for the artwork and templates of their real estate postcards. To be sure, finding original art and templates can be both time consuming and expensive. This makes using free or low cost internet printing a fairly attractive option, especially to a person who is new to the business. However, care should be taken. You will need to do some research to make sure that the templates and artwork for real estate postcards sold recently in your area are not being marketed to you. There are several ways to make sure that the work you are paying for is original in your area and that the real estate postcards sold to you have not been sold to another person in your area.

The first thing you can do is look through the marketing materials of your competitors. These materials are not difficult to get your hands on and it isnt like it is a big trade secret. Besides, your competitors are probably just as interested as you are in making sure that the real estate postcards sold to people in the area are unique. In other words, they dont want to be confused with you any more than you want to be confused for them.

Another way you can ensure that real estate postcards sold in your area are different from your own is to go through a site recommended by your local realtors association. Highly ethical companies that offer good levels of customer service, such as those recommended by a realtors association, will keep track of the pictures and templates used in real estate postcards sold in your area and will be extra careful not to double sell in order to protect their good reputation.

Ready-made for the Realtor, a number of products are ready for you to use. About the only thing you need to do, is to personalize it with your message. Here are a number of Realtor marketing products that are available for your marketing program.

Flyers and Brochures

Flyers and brochures work well when they are attractive and well-designed. Flyers can be distributed on cars in parking lots, put in doors, or in newspapers. The same thing can be done with brochures, but you may want to be more selective as to their use, since they are much more costly.

Gimmick Items

This would include just about every other form of advertising that you can put your companies logo or website on. These items would include:

Kitchen Magnets
Baseball Caps
T-shirts
Bumper Stickers
Magnetic Signs

Real Estate Post Cards

This should make up part of every real estate promotional items list. A number of companies print postcards just for the real estate industry. It is good to select your timing for this form of very inexpensive promotions. Use it to send out notification to your community of new listings, or, of just sold homes. If you are in a multi-lingual community, you will not want to forget your real estate Spanish postcards, or what ever language may be prevalent there.

Real Estate Software

Among the other Realtor marketing products that you will want to get, this is a must have. It is software that includes pre-designed materials - brochures, postcards, business cards, flyers, etc., and allows you to modify each of them to suit your marketing needs. This will help cut the costs of your smaller campaign needs.

Real estate postcards are cards about residential, land or any other commercial real estate pictures of postcard size that conveys a dream about your dream house, farm house, shopping complex or office area. (...)

Real estate postcards are cards about residential, land or any other commercial real estate pictures of postcard size that conveys a dream about your dream house, farm house, shopping complex or office area. It does not matter where your land is situated, be it in the middle of the city or on a serene country side, it can be made according to your dream.

Some people like Engineering design, some are very artistic. Some like greenery and solitude, while others would like the crowds, and the bustling of city life. Recently my boss was looking for a farm house area which has to be situated along the main road. I suggested him a remote area . He declined. The remoteness suggests cheap rate for you, but it can suit your dreams exactly which pays more than you invest.

So designing cards should have a dream woven into its design. Working with the trees which may be the raw material for your factory may be the symbolic sign which can be subtly suggested. Not that trees are to be felled for the factory which popularly is believed to be done, but trees can be an essential co-existential source for the factory. Likewise, in the midst of the city, the illusion of nature can be created.

Colors should be soothing. The designs are to be innovative. There are thousands of symbols. IF nothing else, use the Sumerian cuneiforms to design a card. It is wonderful how the needles can be used as alphabets. Can be trees, and anything else.
